Casey Cizikas starred for  four seasons with the Mississauga St. Michaels Majors of the Ontario Hockey League  where he had two 20-goal seasons as well as served as their captain, He was a  4th round, 92nd overall pick of the NY Islanders in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.  It is hard to believe but at 23 years of age he already has 140 NHL games under his belt. He talks to Mark and Aj about his career and this upcoming Islanders season.
