ISIAH THOMAS

Isiah Thomas nicknamed "Zeke"  is the men's basketball coach for the FIU Golden Panthers, Thomas played point guard for the Detroit Pistons from 1981 until 1994. He led the "Bad Boys" to the NBA Championship in the 1988-89 and 1989-90 seasons. After his playing career, he was an executive with the Toronto Raptors, a television commentator, an executive with the Continental Basketball Association, head coach of the Indiana Pacers, and an executive and head coach for the New York Knicks. During the NBA's 50th anniversary, he was named one of the 50 Greatest Players in NBA History.

MIKE D’ANTONI

Mike D'Antoni  is a former basketball player and is currently the head coach of the NBA's New York Knicks. While head coach of the Phoenix Suns, he won NBA Coach of the Year honors for the 2004-2005 NBA season after the Suns posted 33 more wins than the previous season. D'Antoni, who holds American and Italian dual citizenship, is known for favoring a fast-paced offense-oriented system.

Charles B. Wang  is the co-founder of Computer Associates International, Inc. (now CA, Inc.) and owner of the New York Islanders ice hockey team. In 1976, Wang started Computer Associates on credit cards at the age of 31. He is currently the majority owner of the New York Islanders , which he became a part-owner in 2000. He later bought out the share of business partner Sanjay Kumar in 2004, and acquired the New York Dragons Arena football franchise. He is the master developer of the Lighthouse, the transformation of the Nassau Coliseum and surrounding 150 acres . The project will include a five-star hotel; condominiums; an Athletic Complex featuring four ice rinks, a basketball facility and state-of-the-art health club that will serve as the Islanders’ practice facility and also be open to the public; a Sports Technology Center; open air plaza; and conference center.

DAVE SIMS

Dave is a two-time Emmy Award winning sportscaster who is quite versatile behind the microphone. He has been fortunate to enjoy a career that has enabled him to work in many facets of the business—calling play-by-play, hosting talk shows, and anchoring/reporting the sports news. Dave distinguishes himself not only because of his professionalism and meticulous preparation but also for his enthusiasm and obvious love for his work.Sims is now in his third year as the TV play-by-play voice of the Seattle Mariners, whose games air on Fox Sports Northwest. In addition, Dave continues to be a mainstay on the college sports scene, where he has been calling basketball games for ESPN Regional and ESPN since 1991, and called Big East Football action on ESPN Regional from 1997-2007.  Until 2008, Dave also hosted "Inside the Big East", a syndicated show that premiered in 2004 and focused on Conference Basketball and Football.
